My life experiences help me help you. Being born early was a spring board for doing a lot of things at a young age. For instance, I had enough school credits to graduate from High School at age 16 but my parents wouldn't allow it. I didn't feel that I was challenging their decision because I truly was in love but at age 17, only four months after graduating from High School I married a man seven years my senior. Two years after marrying we were blessed with a beautiful daughter. Unfortunately the marriage did not survive as I matured into real adulthood but the life leasons learned from being a single parent is a very valuable experience that assists me to help others who are living with similiar circumstances. While being a single mother I attended college night classes while working full-time in The Santa Fe New Mexican's News Room. From there I went on to do Paralegal work in one of New Mexico's largest and most successful Law firms. Working full-time, taking college night classes, and maintaining a home all by myself was cutting into parenting time. Achieving a higher education was extremely important to me. Providing the quality time necessary to be an attentive, loving, caring, parent was just as important. My solution was to relocate to an area where I could learn on the job. So I uprooted my young daughter from Santa Fe and we moved to California. We were blessed by good people entering our lives. We were able to live in an exceptional neighborhood where my daughter had the advantage of being educated in excellent schools while I accepted a fantastic job that took me to NY once a year for business. At the time I had no idea how much "life experiencing" I was accomplishing. My focus was providing a good home and education for my daughter. Unfortunately the company that I was working for was purchased by a competitor. Before any down sizing took place I hit the pavement and looked for another job. My next career move was with a Production company. I became an AE coordinating huge theme parties. The work was fun but the company was mid-sized. To gain more experience I knew I would need a job in a larger corporate environment. Within four years after moving to California I was hired by one of the largest Advertising companies in the world and within nine months of being hired was promoted as the Department Head of the in-house editing facilities which were part of the Creative Department and Broadcasting Department. It was exciting work. I loved working with exceptionally talented Writers, Creative Directors, and Producers. It was right around this time that I met a wonderful loving man and two years later we were married. After ten very exciting but stressful years at the Ad Agency, I experienced a hiccup in my health. I took a break and my husband moved our family from the LA beach area to Lake Tahoe. Six months of attempting without success to regain my health using Western medicine lead me in the direction of Eastern medicine and alternative therapy. Acupuncture and herbal remedies improved my health but I couldn't achieve the optimum health that I was familiar with. Being the determined woman that I am, and being a firm believer of the power of the mind, I researched different forms of mind work. That is when I discovered Hypnotherapy. I wanted to learn as much as I could about it and found a school that taught Hypnotherapy that was by coincidence in my hometown of Santa Fe. My health was weak but my mind was determined. We were still living in Lake Tahoe so I lived with my mother in Santa Fe while attending an excellerated certification course in Hypnotherapy at The Hypnotherapy Academy of America in 1999. With her help I was able to succeed to a degree that I didn't realize was possible. By learning how to utilize the power of my mind I became the healthiest I have ever been. Hypnosis is one of the greatest breakthroughs I have personally experienced and have witnessed so many others experience. The Power of The Mind is amazing! The effect was so overwhelmingly successful that I decided not to return to Advertising. In 2000 my husband and I made the decision to move back to Santa Fe where I opened a Private Hypnotherapy Practice. After the death of a colleague that I shared office space with I decided that even though Private Practice was extremely fulfilling, my true desire is to teach and talk to groups while occasionally seeing clients for privates sessions. Providing people with techniques to help themselves find their inner strength and turn negative beliefs into positive actions while discovering all of the wonderful possibilities that are available "NOW" is life fulfillment at it's best. The accomplishments I have seen people achieve over the years is priceless. My life experiences and training in Hypnotherapy and Life Fulfillment are constantly allowing me not only to fulfill my own life desires, but everyone that I come in contact with. Our mind is a remarkable, beautiful, powerful, wonderful tool! I would love to teach you how to utilize it!
